The tea contains antioxidants and nutrients that are essential for our body. It helps to retain the minerals lost in our body and to keep us hydrated.

Try the following recipes and enjoy a revitalized glass of chilled iced tea in different flavors shared by nutritionist Gauri Anand:

1. Hibiscus ginseng iced tea

Hibiscus ginseng iced tea is a low-calorie, refreshing and rejuvenating tea. It is flavored with hibiscus and ginseng, this tea is a perfect summer drink.

ingredients: 1 teaspoon of ginseng, 1-2 hibiscus flowers, 1 cup of water, ice cubes.

method: Start with a boiling pan. Add water and all the ingredients. Simmer for 3-4 minutes and strain. Let rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Serve cold with crushed ice.

2. Mint iced tea

ingredients: 2 green tea bags, 3-4 mint leaves, 1 cup of water, ice cubes.
