Wilbur-Ellis Nutrition, a provider of nutritional products to the livestock, pet food and aquaculture industries, has acquired the feed pellets business from Ametza LLC. Ametza, based in Holtville, California, manufactures and distributes feed pellets for the livestock and pet market through major US retailers.

Going forward, we expect to leverage our respective skills as we continue to invest in this business and expand our presence at home and abroad. “
With the takeover, Wilbur-Ellis will market products under the Ametza brand.
