Three Wholesome Spiced Nuts Recipes

2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
2 tablespoons of honey
Pinch of cayenne pepper or to taste
2 cups of blanched, roasted, unsalted peanuts
1 teaspoon of salt

Directions

1. Heat the oven to 350 ° F. Line a baking sheet with a rim with parchment paper.

2. Combine the butter and honey in a medium-sized microwaveable bowl; Melt in the microwave. Stir in the cayenne pepper. Add the peanuts and toss to coat.

3. Spread the peanuts on the baking sheet and bake for 5 to 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, stir about every minute until the nuts are golden brown and the icing thickens and darkens.
