Taipei Medical University is looking for a motivated faculty member with a Ph.D. with outstanding scientific achievements in the field of nutrition or related fields and specialized nutritional epidemiology, community nutrition, big data research and analysis or a related discipline that contribute to our international research profile and students in an interdisciplinary environment. The new employee will work at the College of Nutrition at Taipei Medical University.
salary
$ 100,165 NTD ~ $ 180,165 NTD per month + benefits
Selection criterion
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. Degree with outstanding academic achievements in the field of nutrition or a related discipline
- A successful candidate will have expertise in areas relevant to community nutrition, nutritional epidemiology, sports nutrition, and geriatric nutrition, and have a proven track record of high profile publications.
- With experience in nutritional or interdisciplinary research, projects and publications and excellence in research.
- Preference is given to candidates with a habilitation or relevant professional experience of at least 3 years.
- Proven ability to apply for research grants, research experience in conducting large-scale projects, writing research projects, and doing independent research are an asset
- Passion for teaching and promoting talent
- Has good communication skills, ability to work in a team and skills in international exchange and cooperation
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (teaching in English and Chinese) and an enthusiasm for research, good communication with strong interpersonal skills
