Andrea Jeremiah shares her 5 healthy juice recipes that work wonders

Kollywood actor Andrea Jeremiah recently recovered from COVID-19. The actress, who last appeared in Thalapathy Vijay’s Master, has now given a glimpse into her morning routine. On Instagram, Andrea shared her 5 healthy juice recipes that work wonders, especially in times when health is very important.

She said of her first drink made from carrots, ginger and turmeric: “This is a tried and tested combination of superfoods that is particularly good when you have a cold. All that vitamin C, ginger and turmeric really kick in!”

2. Celery / cucumber / green apple: Andrea writes: “This is a great cleaning for your system, especially after a night of junk food … the green apple balances the taste of celery so that everything is good and ends well.”

3. Whey protein / blueberry / chia seeds: “Technically, a shake isn’t juice, this is reserved for days I work out. I use Impact Whey vanilla protein powder, a handful of frozen blueberries, and a teaspoon of chia seeds, and viola! It’s YUM and a great post-workout shake,” relates the actress about this healthy shake on social media.

4. Papaya / dragon fruit / pomegranate fruit bowl: About this papaya drink, she says, “This is my midweek jam because I’m not a fan of papaya juice and I like to balance the mushy papaya with the crispy pomegranate, and dragon fruit has an almost neutral taste, so things balance things out out. ‘

5.Pure canteloupe juice: Andrea stores Canteloupe in the fridge to get a nice cold drink. Simply cut the melon in half, scoop out the seeds, put the fruits in a blender and you’re done. It’s so tasty and moisturizing, especially in summer, “shares Andrea Jeremiah.
