Pregnant fitness star Chontel Duncan revealed the gender of her unborn twins in a heartwarming video after she faced the “exhausting fear” of “threatened miscarriage”.
The 33-year-old took to Instagram on Monday to share a short clip of herself and high school blacksmith Sam, 34, surrounded by her three young sons, Jeremiah (five), Swayde (four) and one-year-old Paris. in a field near her home in Brisbane.

“It’s like everything I’ve ever manifested has come to life,” said Chontel.
