Bobby Deol’s latest workout video on Instagram just proves his dedication and hard work to stay fit. The 52-year-old shared a montage in which he does various exercises and sets himself big fitness goals.

In the video, the Race 3 actor appeared to be killing in the gym. He does side pull-downs, followed by chest presses while sitting. “Under construction!” Bobby has subtitled the post.

For the uninitiated, the side pull down is a strength training exercise usually performed on a pulley machine. The exercise works the latissimus dorsi, or latissimus, which covers the middle and lower back. The exercise is performed by pulling the hanging bar on the machine down to chin height and then loosening it up again for one repetition. It improves the strength of the upper body.

A seated chest press is also performed on a machine. This trains the chest and shoulder muscles as well as the triceps. Chest press can also be done with dumbbells.
