If it’s cute, it’s bad for you, right? Not necessarily.

There are delicious, healthy snacks out there. But if you’re on a restricted diet, you already know how stressful it is to read every single label. Then there is the price. Pre-packaged, healthy bites are notoriously expensive.

Instead of spending hours thinking about the fine print and spending insane amounts of money, do it yourself.

And even better, why not use CBD oil?

Can you put CBD oil in food?

Absolutely! While there are some legal issues with selling prepared foods containing CBD, nothing prevents you from making CBD infused foods at home. In fact, it can be a great way to spice up your daily CBD regimen. That is why we offer you ideas on how to add CBD oil to foods that you can use in your daily life.

Today’s entry in our recipe series with CBD oil contains lots of natural sugar, protein, whole grain oats and your preferred serving of CBDMD berry CBD oil tincture from cbdMD, flavored with natural blackberry extract.

Our Berry Healthy CBD oatmeal bites are completely uncooked, so you don’t break down the nutrients or the CBD, which can be damaged by high heat.

To do this, add; You Can Avoid Gluten By Using Oats! Just make sure your oats are rolled in a facility where there is no cross-contamination with other grains.

Finally, you can always use agave nectar in place of honey alongside a plant-based protein powder to make it a vegan treat.

And in addition to the health benefits, they’re delicious too! The almond butter combined with cranberries, coconut, maple and seeds offers an intense mix of textures and flavors that will surpass your standard pretzel or potato chip any day of the week.
