Chris Hemsworth’s personal trainer bans “millennials, fitness junkies and fitness posers” from his exclusive Queensland gym
He’s one of the fitness experts responsible for the chiseled shape of Hollywood A-listener Chris Hemsworth.
But even Jonathan Freeman’s number one customer was not allowed to enter the doors of his new gym under the very strict membership rules of the personal trainer.
Club Active has a “no millennials, gym junkies or fitness posers” policy, according to the fitness guru’s interview with Courier Mail.

“If you were born after 1970, the gym is not the place for you,” Freeman told the publication.
The over 50s gym will soon open its first club in Brisbane, Carindale.
Meanwhile, Chris Hemsworth has been doing last-minute physical labor to get in tip-top shape for his latest action film.

The 38-year-old posted a workout picture on Instagram last month showing him training on a cable machine while showing numerous veins popping.
“Six weeks after shooting Extraction 2, I feel good and ready,” the father of three captioned the post.
It comes after Chris hit the weights for another reason last Sunday when the Thor star admitted he needed a lift after “a few too many celebratory drinks over the weekend”.

Dusting off the weights: It comes after Chris, 38, (pictured) did a brutal workout last weekend after admitting he needed a lift after “a few too many celebratory drinks over the weekend”.
However, the actor said he was determined to “sweat out the demons” and put his body through a grueling workout.
Then he outlined his routine, which included lunges, ball slams, push-ups, and pull-ups.
“And now I feel one hundred percent,” the actor revealed before showing a video of the high-intensity routine.
