Nothing beats a relaxing, refreshing cup of iced tea on a cool monsoon evening. With these simple recipes from Harleen Gulati, founder of Totally Infuzd, you can quickly open a cooler and enjoy the evenings!
Iced Blue Mint Latte

Ingredients:
• 10-12 blue pea flowers
• 2 cups of milk or your preferred non-dairy alternative
• 2 teaspoons of honey or your favorite sweetener
Method:
1. Place loose blue pea flowers in a teapot with a strainer basket. Pour a cup of hot water.
2. Let the blue tea steep for 5 minutes.

4. Steam the milk and let it cool down.
5. Pour 1 part ice into a serving glass, 1 part cold milk, 1 part sweetener of your choice and 1 part blue tea.
6. Top up with a little milk foam or whipped cream. Stir it well and enjoy.
Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients:
• 2 teaspoons of matcha powder
• 300 ml of water or milk or milk alternative
• 1 teaspoon sweetener such as honey, maple syrup, fine sugar (optional)
• Vanilla essence (optional)
Method:
1. Start by adding two grams of matcha powder to matcha or a mixing bowl.
2. Then add the boiling water and stir until there are no more lumps. You can even use a milk frother for this process. Stir until mixture is super smooth.
3. Wait for the mixture to cool to room temperature and freeze into ice cubes.
4. Flavor the milk with a teaspoon of sweetener of your choice and a few drops of vanilla essence. This step is optional.
5. Crush the matcha ice cubes in a serving glass and add the flavored milk as you wish.
6. Stir well and Voila! it is finished.
