The event is organized by Flagler County Health in partnership with AdventHealth Palm Coast.

The event will take place on April 18, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for people with diabetes.
The venue is 60 Memorial Parkway in Palm Coast, Florida.
People are asked to go to the ambulatory entrance.
Staff from the Flagler Health Department’s Diabetes Education Center will be on hand to provide freebies, samples, and prescriptions, and to answer questions about COVID-19 and diabetes.
