Residents working in the treatment of pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes are invited to attend free online educational events organized by the Alberta Health Services (AHS).

Diabetes the Basics is offered as a four-part group session led by AHS professionals who share their expertise, provide information, and initiate discussions that can help participants better manage their condition.

The session is offered to people who are at risk of developing diabetes, as well as people who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes.
