- 1/2 cup non-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander

Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan over high heat. Add the pork, onion, and green pepper to the pan. Fry for 5 minutes and toss on all sides with brown meat. Add beans, tomatoes, corn, chili powder, and ground cumin. Lower the heat to medium level, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the chilli in large bowls. Put the sour cream and the coriander in small bowls and mix with the chilli.
