Throughout 2021, Lopez will play an important role in the overall Echelon experience. As Echelon’s new brand ambassador, he will appear in commercials, lead a variety of classes, and more. Among the many things that make Echelon unique is the personal nature of its fitness classes. During the live lessons, the trainers coach the members and encourage them individually in real time so that they feel like they are in their living room with them – and this year also with Lopez. From biking to rowing to HIIT and much more, he will lead a variety of high energy classes that will challenge and inspire you. He’ll also take a behind-the-scenes look at his workout, share his favorite, tried and true fitness tips, and more.
