“I had my last baby four years ago,” said Kwiatkowski, who has three children. “At the time, I didn’t know who the person was staring at me in the mirror. That made me want to get my own 1v1 coach. That, in a way, eventually led me to the Fit Body Boot Camp path. In the past four years I’ve lost about 50 to 70 pounds myself. I endured it in the four years.

“If it weren’t for the coaches I dated, I wouldn’t have done these lifelong habits to build a healthy lifestyle that I’m proud of. It made me become a certified personal trainer. “

The Fishers resident was due to open Fit Body Boot Camp on January 8th at 9653 Olio Rd., McCordsville. Fit Body Boot Camp is a rapidly growing fitness franchise and the first franchise in central Indiana, according to Kwiatkowski.

“Our members are mostly from Fishers, Fortville, McCordsville, and Lawrence,” said Kwiatkowski.

A graduate of Lewis Cass High School, Kwiatkowski played basketball for Cleveland State University for three years and at Lincoln Memorial University in Tennessee for one year. Kwiatkowski, whose maiden name is Bowser, also coached college and high school basketball in northern Indiana.

Kwiatkowski has been in the fitness and coaching industry for four years. For the past two years she has run her own 1-on-1 coaching business.

“My passion is to coach people,” said Kwiatkowski. “I do this to bring joy to others. At the end of the day, everyone wants to be happy with their skin. I know what it is like to feel completely uncomfortable in my own skin. I know how hard it is to start your own journey. I also understand what it takes to accomplish this shift in consciousness that will enable you to transform your body, mind and spirit. This is where the Fit Body Boot Camp comes into play for me.

“It fits in perfectly with my core values. That’s why I wanted to bring it to the Fishers community. “

Kwiatkowski is the President of the Fishers franchise, and her husband Jason is the Vice President.

The three most important parts of Fit Body Boot Camp, Kwiatkowski said, are coaching and accountability, results and convenience and affordability.

“There are certified trainers who give clients the responsibility to stick to the task, achieve their goals, and answer questions, be it about fitness or nutrition,” said Kwiatkowski. “We’re well known for our 30-minute sessions that burn twice as many calories in half the time. No more 45- or 60-minute sessions. We found dynamic workouts that can give you 36 hours of afterburn. “

Three other personal trainers work in the Fit Body Boot Camp.

Before Kwiatkowski became a fitness trainer, he had 14 years of experience in dental sales.

“My sales background is getting me through more than I thought,” she said.
