Dried fruit milkshake

Rich in dry fruits, it’s a healthy and easy recipe for Sehri and Iftari. To do this, you must first soak any dry fruits for at least 30 minutes, e.g. B. 7-8 dates, 1/4 cup almonds, 1/4 cup walnuts, 2-3 dry figs.
