German Health Phenomenon Reveals Calf Coaching Trick Most Males Miss

Calves. You are not the sexiest part of the human body (stereotypically). But wouldn’t you know? According to a recent (informal) survey by the German fitness phenomenon Jo Lindner, they are actually a deal breaker for a number of women (see: ‘No Calves, No Date’: Youtube Video Uncovers What Women Love Most About Men In The In Fitnessstudio ).

News enough to scare the hearts of the best of us. But no fear. If your leg peaches are shallower than a ’90s supermodel belly, there is a solution. Jo Lindner, German fitness phenomenon and inspiration guru is here to show you how to train your calves like crazy.

Although the calf raise is a well-known activity, a video recently posted by Lindner on Instagram shows you three easy ways to shake things up and (in theory) increase your profits.

The video, which was posted last Monday for his 4.1 million Instagram followers, shows Lindner why you shouldn’t mindlessly smash your calf raises with your foot in one position. In fact, it’s not just weight that you can vary (with drop sets and the like); You can also vary your posture – which many people neglect.

“There are different points of view, we can remain so neutral, we can really stand up [pointing toes a bit outwards] or we can stand like this [standing mildly pigeon toed]“, Said Lindner.

“You should do them all.”

He also advises, “Make sure you have nice stretch and pressure.”

He has given the video a title: “Calf motivation. Have a nice Monday, brother. “

Viewers enjoyed the fitness inspiration but were also quite concerned about Lindner’s choice of shoes, some calling it sacrilege to use J Balvin Jordans for a workout.

“The Jordan, brother … the Jordan …” wrote one.

“Man, why are you doing that with Nike ?????” commented another.

“These folds …”

This is not the first time that Lindner has given its fans an advance warning on how to train their calves. As DMARGE reported in December, Lindner also gave the following advice in order to get fat calves: “It is very important not to lean back.”

Instead, you have to lean over the weight, which makes it a lot harder, and “only use your calves” instead of involving other muscle groups to get the job done.
