Haverstraw gym owners and some members are hailed as heroes after rescuing another member who had a heart attack – and everything was caught on camera.
Earl Kellman, 66, collapsed on the gym floor last Friday night at Titan Fitness in Haverstraw.
Other members quickly noticed and called for help.
Both owners are first responders as well as two other members of the gym who were there when it collapsed.
All four took turns doing chest compressions and using an AED to save his life.
When the paramedics arrived, they had restored Kellman’s pulse.
The gym owners tell News 12 that each of their employees is trained and certified in CPR for such emergencies.
