A Connecticut native and fitness enthusiast died at home Tuesday, October 19. She was 34 years old.
Zimmerman is from Princeton, grew up in Rocky Hill and has lived in Milford, New Jersey since 2014, according to her obituary.
She graduated from high school in 2005 and attended Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Business.
Zimmerman worked as a nutritional product manager for Healthy Directions and previously as the marketing director for Planet Fitness and The Edge Fitness Clubs.
As an active member of her local CrossFit gym, Zimmerman took an early interest in fitness. She was a member of the Milford High School gymnastics and swimming teams and was a fourth-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do after winning multiple championships.
Services were held at the Hillsborough Funeral Home on Monday, October 25th.
