The Board of Directors of Herbalife Nutrition, a leading global nutrition company, has elected Alan W. LeFevre as Lead Independent Director. Don Mulligan, a director of Herbalife Nutrition and most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Mills, will chair the Audit Committee. Maria Otero, a member of the Herbalife Nutrition Board of Directors who served on an interim basis as Lead Independent Director, will continue to chair the Compensation Committee.

Mulligan joined the Herbalife Nutrition Board in March 2021. In addition to his financial expertise, Mulligan brings operational and technology experience from his 22 years with General Mills.
