DALLAS, TEXAS, USA, June 21, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ – Help Your Diabetes (HYD) is a long-time member of BBB and until three years ago had an A + rating and was an accredited company. The Dallas Better Business Bureau (BBB) posted Help Your Diabetes (HYD) and an inaccurate rating on its website. Help Your Diabetes previously had an A + BBB rating for 5 years when they were subject to another BBB jurisdiction. Then the company headquarters was 30 miles away and was then under a new BBB jurisdiction. See attached image with rating A +.
Rather than allowing HYD’s previous A + rating to be transferred to the new BBB management, the new BBB wanted HYD to reapply for membership as if they had never been a member of the BBB before. The application process is long and arduous and has already been carried out for the first BBB, so HYD refused to go through the process again. The new BBB informed HYD that if they did not go through the process, they would lose their A + rating and accreditation status and would be given an NR (no rating) rating. HYD has decided to accept these conditions. 2 weeks later, the BBB posted an F rating for HYD on their website, which contradicts what they said HYD was. This F rating is inaccurate and does not reflect HYD’s reputation for 30 years.
After the BBB took their word back, HYD decided to reapply with the BBB as if they were a brand new customer. After the BBB received HYD’s application for the new jurisdiction, the BBB found that HYD did not provide sufficient justification that it actually reversed type 2 diabetes, even though HYD has provided over a dozen medical references that Type 2 diabetes can be reversed before and after the laboratory tests on many patients and countless video and written success stories from previous patients. The BBB decided that was not enough.
In 2020, HYD received its patent approval, making it the only company in the world with a patented system for reversing type 2 diabetes. The patent approval took over 3 years as HYD had to provide the US patent office with evidence that they could actually reverse type 2 diabetes. HYD made this US government-issued patent available to the BBB, but that was still insufficient evidence for the BBB.
In 2021, HYD had an independent study conducted by 3 medical researchers that further proved that HYD reverses type 2 diabetes. This study was made available to the BBB and they still take the position that HYD did not provide them with sufficient evidence.
HYD has provided the BBB with more than enough independent evidence for any sane person to know they are reversing type 2 diabetes.
