To make the workout look like fun and play, Bollywood actor-author Kalki Koechlin published a fitness video with little daughter Sappho, which inspired fans to get up and roll out their yoga mats. As she gave fitness enthusiasts a glimpse into her morning workout routine, Kalki was spotted nailing pushups over baby Sappho, who was sleeping on her yoga mat, and we’re kicked for our workout that Tuesday.

Kalki took up her social media trading and shared the video on Instagram’s story feature showing how she sweated it out during her rugged home workout. Wearing a red tie and crop top with dyed sleeves, paired with black floral tights, Kalki pulled her locks back into a high ponytail to enhance the athleisure look and pull her hair back from her face during the intense workout session keep.
