Predicting children’s culinary tastes on a daily basis is an almost impossible task that often ends in tears, but Children’s Day is the last day we no longer want to prepare tasty and fun dishes for our children, which is why we treat them to chocolate chip cookies and Vanilla cup cake. Every year on November 14th, we celebrate National Children’s Day, also known as Bal Diwas, to raise awareness of children’s rights and provide everyone with adequate education and care.
Children’s Day also commemorates the birthday of the first Indian Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, who is affectionately known as “Chacha Nehru”. Surprise gifts and even entertaining performances for them in their respective schools. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we have decided to give Children’s Day a very special touch this year so that we can work from home.

Chocolate chip cookies
Chocolate Chip Cookies (Whirlpool of India)
Ingredients:
70 grams of plain flour
40 grams of butter
40 grams of powdered sugar
½ teaspoon of baking powder
½ egg
1 tablespoon of milk
35 grams of dark chocolate
¼ teaspoon vanilla essence
Method:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with the spatula. Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a microwave-safe plate at a distance of 3 cm and place on a grillage.
Garnish with a few pieces of chocolate. Put the tray in the oven. Press “Sweets twenty 22” on your magicook pro to select dE 22. Press start. Take the tray out of the oven when “End” is displayed.

Vanilla cup cake
Vanilla Mug Cake (Whirlpool of India)
Ingredients:
50 grams of all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon of baking powder
60ml milk
1 egg
30 grams of melted butter
50 grams of sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Method:
Beat the egg and sugar in a bowl. Add flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, milk, butter, salt and stir to a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a microwaveable cup.
Press “Microwave” on your magicook pro once to select P100. Press the clock to increase the time to 2 minutes. Press Start “. Take it out of the microwave when” End “is displayed.
Sprinkle with a few sprinkles and serve.
