To get the most out of their workouts, Premium Subscribers can choose from a wide variety of Life Fitness ™ On Demand studio courses and adaptive audio coaching courses led by top coaches.

Life Fitness Connect gives users improved connectivity to Life Fitness and Cybex devices, as well as compatible wearables and heart rate monitors, to keep track of workouts in one place.
