the Exercise ball has become immensely popular with fitness enthusiasts around the world. For starters, it looks like a fun way to get in shape, with lots of interesting exercises developed around it.
Many celebrities have endorsed it too because the ball is designed to improve body balance and also work on your flexibility and strength.
Kenyan-Mexican actor Lupita Nyong’o recently posted a funny video of him balancing on the ball with ‘Ghana Bounce’ playing in the background.
In the caption she wrote: “Training challenge: Start your week with a 1-minute #GhanaBounce & Balance!”
Obviously she struggled to keep her balance on the bouncy ball, but those who exercise with this brace will know that giving you a strong core by building on your abs is extremely helpful.
In her training video, the Black Panther actress focused on maintaining her balance by using her knees to stay on the surface. Even though she was a little shaky, she managed to see the session gracefully too!
If you are a beginner you can take inspiration from the star, but make sure you know exactly what type of exercise you want to do – squats, pushups, etc. – and the fitness goal you want to achieve it.
