In her new role at Mars Petcare, Hauff will lead agile teams of cross-functional employees dedicated to accelerating the company’s dComm presence and online business while ensuring that the parenting shopping experience is seamless across all channels.
Hauff is a proven leader in digital strategies with 15 years of experience building and transforming powerful digital and e-commerce channels in the US and the US Europe. Most recently she worked at L’Oréal and began her career in Madrid before moving to new YorkFor the past nine years she has held advanced roles including Senior Vice President, Ecommerce Acceleration and Data Activation at L’Oréal United States.

Reaves will be responsible for short and long term strategy development, inorganic growth, and enhancement of Mars Petcare’s analytics and insight capabilities to put pet parents at the center of all decisions.
Reaves brings over 13 years of experience growing global companies. Most recently, he was vice president of strategy and development for Tractor Supply Company – the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the US with more than 1,900 stores and $ 10 billion in sales. While at Tractor Supply, he led mergers and acquisitions and long-term strategy development. Reaves was also responsible for developing and promoting high priority initiatives. Prior to joining Tractor Supply, Travis spent more than six years in strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company, advising consumer companies on strategy, sales growth management, and other growth and trade topics.
