AC Milan is slowly but surely recovering key players before the crucial section of the season after the international break, according to a report.
The Rossoneri have started the season well with two wins in their first two games against Sampdoria and Cagliari, but the task will be made even more difficult with a visit to Lazio on Sunday, a trip to Anfield for next Wednesday’s game against Liverpool and then even more difficult Juventus retires the following Sunday.
La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) brings some welcome news, however, as both Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Franck Kessie will be in the running from the game this Sunday. With Ibrahimovic and Kessie, Milan’s attack and midfield will regain their key figures.
Training yesterday afternoon provided further confirmation, as both have trained with the rest of the squad and are available for the big head-to-head game at San Siro this weekend, but also for the return to the Champions League.
