The Japanese concept of Shinrin Yoku, or forest bathing, means connecting with nature through our senses of sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch in order to bridge the gap between us and nature, and Indian supermodel Milind Soman was named as viewed the same with his wife Ankita Konwar. Numerous studies show that shinrin-yoku has real health benefits and only a two-hour forest bath is enough to relieve stress and relax.
Milind and Ankita recently looked at their respective social media handles and each shared a role of nailing pull-ups at a bar against a backdrop of lush greens. The pair hung on the bar and strengthened the back, shoulder, and arm muscles while also improving grip strength.
With their return to the forest pool, Milind and Ankita provided fitness inspiration for the weekend and encouraged fans to keep exercising after 30 seconds. The inevitable tranquility of their surroundings immediately slowed us down when we saw that they were breaking away from technology and merging with the natural world .. While Ankita was capturing her video “Little Pleasures of Life (sic)”, Milind’s video was tagged with provided a motivation that read: “30 seconds are enough! (sic). “
