2 – Now heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, add ΒΌ cup onion and fry for 1 minute on a medium heat.
3 – Now add broccoli and fry for 2 minutes.
3- Add 1 cup of water and fry on medium flame for 4 minutes and turn off the gas.
4- Let it cool and put it in a blender and turn it into pyuria.
5- Now put 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan and add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and fry for 30 seconds. Remember that the flour shouldn’t burn.
6- Now add 2 cups of milk and cook them on a medium flame while stirring with the help of a whisk for 5 minutes.
7- Now add salt, some black pepper and a pinch of nutmeg powder to the broccoli pyuria and mix well.
8- Now cook for 3 to 4 minutes on a medium flame, turn off the gas and add 2 tablespoons of cream and mix.
9- Serve hot creamy broccoli soup, garnished with broccoli flowers and cream.
