He at Well + Good we always think about food. We’re filming our own original recipes with our YouTube series Alt-Baking Bootcamp and Cook With Us, calling top chefs at Reg and asking them to share their cooking secrets, and communicating with healthy chefs around the world on our Cook With Us Facebook group . Additionally, we’re constantly scouring social media and reading the latest cookbooks for recipes that we just have to try (and then tell everyone). Yes, it’s safe to say that we’re obsessed with prescriptions.

Of the many (many) recipes we’ve released this year, some have become so popular that it’s safe to say that they went viral. While Well + Good has recipes for every meal of the day, it was breakfast and dessert that came out on top in 2021, with the exception of the most popular recipe of all, dinner, which basically broke Tiktok.
