Recently, Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra has shared a healthy concoction recipe on her Instagram stories, which is made of fennel seeds (saunf), carom seeds (ajwain), cumin seeds (jeera), and ginger (adrak). She swears by this home remedy to clear her gut of any bad bacteria and help her get a clean gut, which is healthy as well as happy. Her story read, “Greater good health start here.” However, she recommends that one should have this decoction empty stomach in order to get the maximum benefits. All the spices used in the concoction have a lot of health benefits.
