Sara Ali Khan’s training videos are a real miracle. Sara, who swears by Pilates and proudly wears it on her T-shirts, is often seen training like a beast in the gym. Their workout videos can often be found on our Instagram feed and we can’t help but drool.

Sara Ali Khan usually wears her T-shirts with the words “Pilates Girl” on them when training. Well, she is one too. Sara’s fitness trainer Namrata Purohit often shares her workout videos and gives us a glimpse of the kind of dedication Sara has to her fitness routine.

It may be the weekend for us, but for Sara it’s just another reason to hit the gym and do her best. Namrata shared an Instagram reel on her Instagram profile on Saturday in which Sara is working on various Pilates routines to keep in shape.

The video shows Sara working on various fitness routines with fitness equipment. She can be seen doing squats while balancing her feet on two plates on a yoga mat. In the later part of the video, Sara can be seen on a hemispherical device balancing her body and working on her arm and leg muscles. She can also be seen doing weightlifting.

“This one was hard – slow, controlled movements up to a slow and intense burn, friction training with flowing, core stability and more on the Corestix, balance and more work on the arc,” wrote Namrata in her caption. At the end of the video Sara can be seen summarizing her feelings with these words: “I feel energized, I feel strong, I feel exhausted.” “I think she did it very well,” Namrata summed up hers Post together.

Pilates, as Sara demonstrates in the video, has several health benefits. It helps develop core strength – mainly the part of the body from which all movement originates. It also helps increase energy levels, improve posture, and reduce stress.
