Pooja Batra is on vacation on a scenic beach, but she never takes a day off of her fitness routine. The fitness enthusiast, who swears by yoga and high-intensity workouts, repeatedly shares excerpts from her travel diaries on Instagram. The actress shared a series of pictures on her Instagram profile on Sunday showing what her day looked like – in neon and fitness tones.

Pooja chills like a bad guy in the Maldives. From the bikini look on the picturesque beaches to a yoga position with the expansive blue water in the background – Pooja does everything and more. On Sunday, Pooja performed several yoga positions on the deck of her resort and gave her Instagram family new goals to pursue.

One of the pictures shows Pooja performing Padangushthasana. In a neon green sports bra and neon green sports pants, Pooja poses in front of the camera as she perfects the yoga position. In the picture, Pooja can be seen balancing her body on one foot, folding the other leg up, and clasping her hands in the namaskar position.

Another picture shows Pooja balancing her whole body on top of her head and improving her headstand position. She tried a variation of the headstand with one leg folded up and the other leg folded close to the chest. Another picture shows Pooja with her back to the camera and stretching her leg, the other leg is folded and her hands are clasped around the leg. Just look:

The yoga positions that Pooja performs in the Bora Bora Islands have several health benefits. The headstand strengthens the upper body, the spine and the core muscles. It also helps in activating the pituitary and pineal glands. Padangushthasana, on the other hand, helps in stimulating the reproductive organs and improving flexibility.
