Prateik Babbar loves his time in the gym. When he’s not playing characters for the big screen, the actor is often seen in his favorite place doing his favorite pastime – the gym, exercising. Prateik Babbar swears by high-intensity workouts and boxing and you can tell that.
On Saturday, Prateik shared several clippings from his fitness diaries with his fitness trainer, some of which are not for the faint of heart. Prateik loves getting his adrenaline rush from boxing with his fitness trainer, and some of the sneak peeks have been shared for his Instagram family.
In the videos you can see Prateik and his trainer in a boxing match. In a black jacket and trousers, Prateik can be seen going to his fitness trainer, who quickly fights the actor’s efforts to pin him down.

Another video shows Prateik practicing his karate kicks while his trainer held the pillows higher for him and made him challenge himself. “What a rush. Super pumped for the trip! … see you in the cage, ”was an excerpt from Prateik’s post.
