Dried fruits Laddu

Dry Fruit Laddus are the best choices as they are delicious and a healthy snack. Children and adults alike can benefit from this. It does not contain any harmful ingredients like sugar or preservatives or artificial food colors. It’s a healthy snack full of nutrients. In addition to fiber, dates also contain vitamin C and vitamins of the B complex. The fiber in figs helps with indigestion. Raisins contain potassium, which helps treat high blood pressure.

ingredients

  • Dates (chopped) – 2 pieces
  • Almonds – 1 tsp
  • Raisins – 1 tsp
  • Dry figs – 2 No.
  • Green cardamom [peeled and seeds crushed] – 1 No.

Directions

Step 1

Take a pan and toast the almonds until they turn brown.

Chop the dates and figs and add to the roasted almonds.

Also peel the cardamom and roughly pulverize the seeds.

Step 4

Put the chopped dates, figs, raisins, almonds and the coarsely ground cardamom powder in a grinder and grind.

First, grind the ingredients into a coarse mass that you can spread on a tray or plate, or put in a bowl.

Roll them into a small ball and the laddus are ready.

Oat apple Phirni

  • Oats (coarsely ground) – 15 g
  • Grated apple (unpeeled) – ½ cup
  • Milk – 1 cup (100 ml)
  • Almond / walnut (crushed) – 1 tsp
  • Flax seeds (toasted) – 1 tsp

Directions

Step 1

Bring the milk to a boil in a large, nonstick saucepan.

Add oatmeal and stir continuously for 2 minutes over medium heat.

After removing from the flame, let it cool down a bit.

Step 4

Mix the apple, walnuts, almonds and flax seeds with the roasted flax seeds and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes

It’s ready to serve. Serve chilled.
