Rebecca Harris, owner of Salt + Wax, which has just moved to Bundaberg.
The new Bundaberg store Salt + Wax helps create a chemical-free environment through car diffusers enriched with essential oils.
Salt + Wax was founded by Rebecca Harris to offer products that are good for the body, mind and earth.
Rebecca said that each of her boho style diffusers were made with a wooden bead that could be infused with essential oils to create a nice, non-toxic smell for your vehicle.
“Our car diffusers can be used as air fresheners by simply adding a drop or two of essential oil to the wooden bead, or they can simply be used as a decorative piece,” she said.
“Depending on the oil chosen, they can have a calming effect, reduce stress and much more.”
Rebecca said that unlike regular car diffusers, their products are free of harmful chemicals.
“Essential oils are natural, non-toxic, and have so many benefits for us, and there are a huge variety of oils to choose from,” she said.
“The ability to use essential oils eliminates harmful chemicals that are used in your regular air fresheners.”
Rebecca started her business in Mackay last year and said she and her family recently moved to Bundaberg and are excited to introduce Salt + Wax to the wider community.
“I started my business when we were still living in Mackay, but we’ve always wanted to move back to Bundaberg as this is my family’s hometown,” she said.
“We made the move in July 2021 and the on-site support was so heartwarming.
“I think it’s great that I can offer my customers products that are close to my heart.”
