Sarah Hyland announced in an incredibly relatable video that she stopped exercising in August
Lockdown fatigue hit many of us, especially when the gyms were closed, and Modern family star Sarah Hyland was no exception.

In an incredibly relatable Instagram story, the actress shared that she hadn’t taken fitness seriously when the ban continued.
“Did you know it was March … in the year 2021?” she asked her fans in the video.

“I didn’t, someone told me, and I realized I hadn’t trained since August. And I said, ‘Oh, I’ve been horizontal for six months in my quarantine.'”
Repeating many who may be feeling a little reluctant to exercise again, she added, “So I decided I had to start and I didn’t really know how to do it, so I went to my garage and measured space and I have a rowing machine. “
The Vampire Academy actress demonstrated the equipment to her followers and said, “Well, here it is. It’s the Nordic Track rowing machine that I just love to do it on.”
Moving back and forth for a moment, Sarah added, “But they have a lot of different classes and I can pretend I’m in Ireland, not home!”
The star spoke about her sedentary lifestyle
She gave her last post a title: “BRB … practically escapes quarantine in Ireland with this rowing machine.

The star previously spoke about issues related to body awareness. Post a photo she hated to share an important message with fans.
She also revealed that she was facing an invisible disease as a result of suffering from kidney dysplasia – a condition that prevents the kidneys from developing normally in the womb.
Sarah really wanted to go to Ireland
The actress posted the picture of herself in training gear and said, “To my #invisibility warriors-warriors. It’s okay to be insecure about your body. Remember to check in to yourself and yourself at least once a day thank you.
“Our bodies have performed unfathomable where our minds barely have time to understand what actually happened. With inflammation, excessive water intake, and medication, my skin has a hard time getting back on its feet.”
She finished her inspirational post by writing, “I saw this picture and hated it, but quickly adjusted my mindset and decided to celebrate. Love yourself and be patient. We are all stronger than we think.”
