Shri Bajrang Alliance Limited has announced that the Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board has given the company its approval to establish a facility for oils and essential oils of oleoresin.
The capacity of the oil plant is 500 kilo liters per year on the existing agro-plant site at Urla Guma Street Khasra No. 150, 151/1, 151/4 and 151/5, Village – Borjhara, District – Raipur (CG)
These facilities are currently in operation and the Company anticipates that commercial operations at these facilities will be able to commence as soon as possible once licensed to operate.
The company is currently in the Lron, Steel and Ready-to-Eat frozen food business. Now management has decided to diversify its boundaries. As part of the strategy, the company will shortly launch its SCFE (Supercritical Fluid Extraction) products.
The company hit a new 52-week high of Rs 158.90 on Monday.
The Shri Bajrang Alliance was trading at Rs158.90 apiece at around 1:40 PM, an increase of Rs7.55, or 4.99%, on Sensex
