Milin Soman sets massive fitness goals every time he shares his workout routine on social media. From running to stretching, he makes sure that he exerts a little more every day in order to get a little bit of improvement.

The supermodel shared a video of him doing pull-ups and saying he had “failed again” at 20 pull-ups.

Failed again! But never say no to the fight because every fight you wholeheartedly accepts prepares you to face everything else in life. This Friday tried 20 again, but 19 and one Halfway there! ”He said.

Soman added that it’s about “small improvements every day”: “Every day I just do one set of pull-ups and try to make a tiny improvement every day, because the most important thing on the path to better health and fitness is just regularity! ”

When talking about the need to be regular, the Ironman athlete – on an Instagram Live in August 2021 – had told the athlete: Ayesha Billimoria, “We attach so much importance to training for a specific goal that the regularity somehow falls by the wayside. It’s more regularity than exercise, speed, fitness. The little things you do every day count and show whether you are fit at 50, 60 or 70. That little bit of what you put into everyday life. “

Interestingly, the fitness enthusiast describes himself as a “lazy person”. “I’m really lazy. So I want to know exactly how much I have to do right now to get that little improvement. So I am okay with small improvements, as I know that I will cumulatively achieve my goal, whatever it is, “said the Pinkathon founder in the same interview.

“I am lazy, but patient and regular,” the 56-year-old affirmed the need to be consistent. “Laziness is a natural instinct. They won’t move unless clearly necessary. So you have to fight against this laziness. I do micro workouts – between 30 seconds and three minutes at a time. And I exercise about 15-20 minutes a day. But in these minutes I push myself a little. i’m doing 30 Surya Namaskar every day, that takes seven minutes. That ensures my mobility. I do 60 pushups in a minute. I could push myself to get to 62 and I’ll be happy. Make sure you get the correct form and get it right, ”he said.

He also shared a few tips for beginners to get started with their journey.
