Required Ingredients 1 whole cauliflower, ½ cup refined flour, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons hot sauce, ½ teaspoon cumin powder, ½ teaspoon red chili powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon black pepper powder and salt to taste.
Method-
- First preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, take a bowl. Add refined flour, corn flour, cumin powder, garlic powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Add water in portions and make a slurry.
- Now cut the cauliflower into florets and dip each floret in the slurry.
- Place the coated florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.
- Now mix the melted butter with the hot sauce and add the crispy florets to the sauce. Mix well and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Serve after coating with a dip of your choice.
