To enter the competition, all you have to do is follow Kcal and Dubai Fitness Challenge on social media, share your workout of the day and a brief description of what will help you stay motivated to pursue your health and fitness goals by using the hashtag # use. Flavorx30. Each winner will receive a meal plan consisting of three main meals and two snacks, which will be delivered to their doorstep daily for a full month.
