Regardless of your fitness level or the type of physical activity you enjoy, fitness trackers can be a great way to get or stay in shape without the added cost or bulk of a full-blown activity Smartwatch. The best fitness tracker blames you for your physical activity and provides health functions like Pulse rate Surveillance, sleep tracking, and more. Your fitness tracking data is then shared with an app to give you a more complete picture of your general fitness.
There are dozen of fitness trackers to choose from (many of which we haven’t tested yet). But we’ve rounded up five of the best fitness tracker picks based on price, shape, and function. If you’re looking for a fitness tracker that acts like a smartwatch with no added bulk, the Fitbit Charge 4 might be the perfect solution. It ticks all the boxes related to health and fitness features, and even goes beyond the basics such as heart rate zone notifications during exercise and advanced metrics for sleep tracking. It also has built-in GPS tracking to keep track of outdoor workouts regardless of your phone. If you want to keep track of your data, download the Fitbit app, which is a great way to see how much progress you have made and how close you are to achieving your fitness goal. This fitness tracking device can also facilitate mobile payments and the option to reply to texts and messages if you are an Android user. Read our Fitbit Charge 4 review.

If you’re looking for a fitness band that’s even more discreet (and affordable), you might as well consider the Fitbit Inspire 2. You don’t get the built-in GPS or mobile payment options, but it does have the essentials when it comes to health and fitness, including heart rate tracking, automatic exercise detection and detailed sleep tracker analysis with Fitbit Premium (free for one year at Purchase).
It’s also the best about screen jewelry I’ve worn so far. When you feel like putting it on, the silicone sports bands can easily be swapped out for a leather or stainless steel mesh band (sold separately). But the biggest advantage: battery life. Charging can take up to 10 days, while charging 4 ends after about five days if you turn off the GPS. First, read our Fitbit Inspire 2 recording.

For less than $ 35, the Mi Band 4 is the most affordable fitness tracker you can buy. This fitness watch has most of the features you can get in a more expensive fitness tracker, such as: B. an AMOLED touchscreen that is easy to see in sunlight, heart rate 24/7 and sleep tracking. The battery life is also unmatched as it gives you around two and a half weeks of use before charging. The only thing this cheap fitness tracker misses out on is the variety of exercises. This Xiaomi Mi Band can only recognize running, walking, cycling or swimming, so any other training such as Pilates or yoga would have to be followed under the generic “exercise type”. I know what you’re thinking: this is not a tracker. But even if you remove all smartwatch functions, the Apple Watch can hold its own as a stand-alone fitness tracker. And the cheaper Series 3 has everything you need. Not only does it monitor your health and activity like the other trackers on this list, but it also gives you access to dozen of fitness apps, from treadmills to strength training routines, to guide you through your workout.
