The world of fitness podcasts is extremely niche. After all, it’s not easy to be a good podcaster and especially to get the attention of fitness enthusiasts who are used to YouTube videos that focus on showing instead of telling.

That said, there are plenty of really good fitness podcasts out there that focus on topics as diverse and specialized as powerlifting or CrossFit. Others focus on diet, general health, tips on how to get the most out of your workout, and even book recommendations. I made a list of five podcasts that I really enjoyed over six months ago. Here’s a second part with three new podcasts that I listen to pretty regularly now. You should check them out too!

Raw Power: Hosted by CrossFit Games Champion Michael Cazayoux, Brute Strength is a great podcast if you want to learn more about CrossFit. If you’ve already done CrossFit training, then the episodes of Cazayoux are even more useful. He interviews luminaries from the CrossFit world and gives excellent advice on the right approach to training. A recent interview that I absolutely loved was with athlete Angelo Dicicco, who overcame a serious injury to return to CrossFit games. Also check out her posts on “Workout of the Day” on Instagram.

Join the No Meat Athlete podcast hosted by fitness bloggers Matt Frazier and Doug Hay. In addition to nutrition, the episodes also focus on running and training tips, the importance of a healthy lifestyle and switching to sustainable healthy habits. Interviews with guests add a greater level of real-world advice.
