In this new segment we show step by step how to prepare the delicious recipes that readers see in our Heal® publication. We’ll also give tips on how to use these recipes in your kitchen, why they’re useful – and even a cheesy joke or two!

Our first recipe is a strong pesto which can be used in many different ways. It’s a great addition to pasta, whole grain pizza, and can be added to Greek yogurt to make a great dip!

Another great recipe we make is roasted chickpeas. These are great additions to salads or can be eaten on their own as a snack and are packed with nutrients! Watch the video to learn more about the benefits!
