If you want to lose weight, this sprout salad will become your best friend. All you have to do is soak moong dal until it sprouts well and then turn it into a salad. Sprouts are quite high in protein and very low in calories, which makes them an ideal meal for weight loss.
Required Ingredients 1 cup of sprouted moong dal, ½ onion, 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon black pepper powder, ¼ teaspoon chaat masala and black salt to taste.
method
- Take sprouted moong dal and place in a pressure cooker. Add ¼ cup of water and put in a pipe.
- Release the pressure and drain all of the water. Wash the cooked sprouts under cold running water.
- Collect the sprouts in a bowl. Add the chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, lemon juice, black pepper powder, chaat masala and salt.
