The Well ™ is a 3.1 million square foot mixed-use development that spans 7.8 acres along the west side of Spadina Avenue Wellington Forward. Sweat and Tonic opened its first location minutes from the Eaton Center and away Dundas place, at 225 Yonge Street, in November 2019. The three-story premium room with more than 16,000 square meters has 3 fitness studios, a spa, a café, a bar and a coworking area – everything you need to sweat, relax and recharge. Now Sweat and Tonic is taking its first step towards expansion with more than 25,000 square feet of luxury space in The Well, which borders Front Street, Spadina Avenue and Wellington Street.

The workouts are powered by epic playlists, lights that move to the beat of the music, and state-of-the-art treadmills and spin bikes in the HIIT and Ride studios.

A separate wing of the space is reserved for beauty and wellness offerings, including massage therapy, acupuncture, compression therapy, facials, nail bar, salon and nutrition, molecular wellbeing, and more.
