Northern Light Inland Hospital in Waterville and Healthy Communities of the Capital Area, in partnership with the Let’s Go! 5-2-1-0 Program, work together to bring the online physical activity and healthy eating guide to Kennebec County to individuals and families.
In Kennebec County, people can check out places for adventure, as well as guidelines for physical activity, diet, and more. The online printable guide is located on northlighthealth.org under the Resources tab.
