Tips for doing a push-up longer
* Do a push up every single day.
* Set a timer, but don’t watch it until your thighs start shaking.
* Find a distraction that can help you hold the position longer.
* Start with a few seconds and then gradually build on that.
As with any other exercise, posture is extremely important.
* Keep the weight on your hands and feet with your arms straight.
* While the body is stiff and straight, hands should be about shoulder width apart.
