Bake instead of fry
You don’t have to count calories to lose weight. Dieters can eat adequate amounts of food even on New Year’s Eve. Because dieting does not mean having to do without the table when you meet friends and family. Turkey can be consumed with foods high in low glycemic index and high in fiber such as zucchini, broccoli, radish, eggplant, and cauliflower. The preference of the baking method over roasting stands out as an important factor here.
The next day hazelnuts, almonds, eggs …
You need to eat gradually, not all at once. Salads with olive oil and lemon, prepared from cucumber, carrots, kidney beans, kale, celery, beets and yogurt, as well as fruits and vegetables such as pears, kiwis, apples, dried apricots can be served on the table. It is important to drink plenty of water throughout the night. Or you can drink mineral water. The next day can start with plenty of water, oats, olives, eggs and ginger.
