ingredients
- Oats – 200 grams
- Cottage cheese – 500 grams
- Apple – 50 grams
- Carrot – 20 grams
- Honey – 50 ml
- Cow’s milk – 250 ml
- Banana – 20 grams
- Hazelnut – 10 grams
- Raisin – 5 grams
- Almond – 10 grams
- Orange – 20 grams
method
Oatmeal to soak in yogurt together with chopped apples, carrots, bananas, almonds, raisins, cracked hazelnuts, orange peel and honey.
- Break all nuts and chop all fruits and vegetables
- Mix all ingredients with cottage cheese, honey and orange peel
- If refrigerated overnight, serve cold
- Garnish with apple cubes, orange segments, peeled almonds, cracked hazelnuts and chopped banana.

METHOD
- Cook the avocado pulp and sugar until thickened
- Add the cardamom and fennel powder
- Add the crumbled paneer cook until the pan sides are left
- Place in a greased tray and chill

- All bran – 15 g

- Brown sugar – 10 g
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
- Take all the ingredients together and mix them well with melted butter
- Take a baking sheet and line it up with Silpat and a square / rectangular cake ring
- Put the mixture on the baking sheet and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
- Set it aside for 3-4 hours and cut into the shape you want
